MMM… Yoga! @ SMUSH Gallery

Practice mindful movement and meditation (aka MMM… Yoga!) with me at SMUSH Gallery in Jersey City! Come as you are, and enjoy a slow, gentle yoga practice to help you ground into the present moment and find inner peace.

From January to June of 2026, MMM… Yoga! will happen twice a month at SMUSH. Led by yours truly, MMM… Yoga! emphasizes agency and moving at your own pace. Variations are consistently offered to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. This class is open level - all are welcome.
